Having come from a background in managing a counselling agency, I have organically developed a consultancy role alongside my therapeutic work.

Redeveloped a counselling service end to end:

• bespoke development of a CRM system for client management
• online training tools
• policy development
• form development, eg registration, assessment, monitoring, reporting, closing
• recruitment
• advice

I also take on projects for a counselling ethical body, ranging from policy advice to database development.
